Our client, a premium retail brand, is looking for a Social Media Content Manager to administer their social media accounts, creating original content in a variety of media (including text, images and video) and responding to and interacting with their followers. Duties & Responsibilities: Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals Set specific objectives and report on ROI Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) Collaborate with teams, like
marketing and retail Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews across various platforms Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Instagram feed, Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout) Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions Stay up-to-date with currenttechnologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications Manage social media advertising: Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Instagram Ads Increase the companys following on social media Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media Create a regular publishing schedule for the blog Leverage the right tools to manage your content Promote content through social advertising Minimum Requirements: 3-4 Years working with premium brands Proven work experience as a Social media manager Hands on experience in content management Hands on experience with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and WordPress Excellent copywriting skills Good organisational and time-management skills Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) Knowledge of online marketing channels Familiarity with design Excellent communication skills Analytical and multitasking skills Salary on offer: R 15 000 - R 18 000 p/m Please apply with a copy of your MS Word CV as well as a portfolio of your previous work (Please note that we experience high volumes of candidates responding to our advertised vacancies.
